Terms of Service for Dreamscape at San Pietro (Albania)

Effective: 2025-06-22

By booking a stay at our property (“the Property”), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are handled privately by the owner via the official website or direct communication.
  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining amount can be paid online up to 1 day prior to check-in or at the reception desk on the arrival day.
  • Online payments, such as Credit Card, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL etc, are possible via Stripe which is our payment service provider. Additionally Direct Bank Transfer is also possible for online payments. Payments at the reception Desk can be done in cash or via payment cards.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  • All guest arrivals, departures, and key handovers are managed by our local partner, a professional hospitality service provider.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • The property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.
  • A standard cleaning fee is included in your total booking cost.
  • For stays longer than 5 nights, an optional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at no additional cost.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.
  • No pets unless allowed.
  • No parties or loud events.
  • Quiet Hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Maximum occupancy must be respected as listed in the booking details.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations between 29 and 7 days before check-in will incur a 25% charge (your deposit).
  • Cancellations 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge. Same charge will apply in case of no-show.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.

6. Liability

  • The owner is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your stay.
  • Our local service partner is responsible for on-site issues such as property access, cleanliness, or maintenance problems. Contact details will be provided after booking.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal data will only be used to process bookings and communicate about your stay.
  • We do not share your data with third parties except for service partners involved in your booking (e.g., check-in staff).
